Step 1: Notify us of your intention to return an item

For any return request, please contact us by email within 14 days of receipt of your package at indicating your order number and the item you wish to return .

Step 2: Prepare your package

Once you have printed your return label (see below), you will need to prepare your package. Please use the original packaging or sturdy outer packaging to best protect your shipment and avoid damage in transit. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition (not damaged, washed, altered or worn).

Step 3: Return the item

Return the article to the address that we will communicate to you by email.

Step 4: Refund

Returns are processed within 7 to 14 working days.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your package has arrived at our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you will then receive your refund within 14 working days maximum on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Note: for reimbursements by bank card, interbank delays may delay the actual credit on your account by a few days.

We do not do exchanges, simply return the unwanted item and order the one that suits you, in a different size for example. We will refund the returned item after receipt and validation of its return.

How do I get a refund for an item?

Refunding an order takes between 3 and 7 business days. Any refund will be issued automatically to the payment method you used to place your order:

- If the payment was made with a debit or credit card, the money will be refunded to the bank account linked to the card.

- If payment was made by PayPal, the value of your refund will be returned to your PayPal account. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is received in our warehouse and you should generally receive your refund within 48 hours of receiving this email.

Please note: if you received a refund via PayPal, you will be refunded the amount of your return. Please note that if you have received a gift and wish to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.

If the reason for returning the product is not that the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will not refund the cost of delivery or any other service related to your order; we will only refund the cost of the product.

Can I make an exchange?

Simply return the unwanted item and order the correct one, for example in a different size. We will reimburse you for the returned item after receipt and validation of its return (a notification e-mail will be sent to you).

Who covers the return costs?

If you decide to return the item to us because you have not chosen the right size or simply because you have changed your mind, the return costs will be at your expense and defined by the Colissimo platform.

Can I return a sale item?

We do not exchange or refund sale items.
